Our Products


We work with more than 60 farmers, cheese makers, butchers and small food producers. While our focus remains on growers in the Hudson Valley, we’ve expanded our reach, sourcing from farms in New Jersey, Vermont and Massachusetts.

Our product list features seasonal produce, fresh beef, pork and chicken, pasture raised eggs, small batch dairy, fresh pasta made with NY state grains, frozen produce processed in peak season and a wide range of pantry staples.
